Hi Donna. SSL&T should be used in conjunction with BB Step 1 Lifting Cream and BB Step 3 Moisturising Serum. SSL&T includes Step 2 and developer; simply mix the sachet contents with some tint (no separate developer is needed).
Do you need to use step 1 with super speed lift and tint or just the super speed and tint?
