Zero Tolerance Policy


It is important for all members of the public and our staff to be treated with respect. We always treat our customers courteously and expect our customers to treat our staff in the same way.

We take seriously any threatening or abusive behaviour. If a customer is threatening or abusive, they will be asked to stop. We have a Zero Tolerance policy, whereby aggressive or threatening behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
