Delivery and returns
FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £75.00
Standard delivery is 1-3 days (once the order has been processed) £4.50
Orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day, excluding weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00pm will be dispatched on Monday.
During busy periods, there may be a delay in orders.
International delivery is based on courier charges calculated at checkout.
If you receive an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Failure to do so may result in our inability to resolve the issue. Please provide your order number and relevant photos to help us address the matter promptly. PAPERWORK AND CHECKING ORDERS
Every order that is sent will include a dispatch note and an invoice. You MUST check all stock against your dispatch note on delivery; if there are any discrepancies on your invoice to the stock that you have received, you must notify our customer service team within 48 hours. If you notify our customer service team after this time, we will not be able to credit or refund any items. This is to ensure any issues are solved as quickly as possible. Your invoice will show all items that you have been sent; any items on back order will appear at the bottom of your invoice.
FAULTS AND DAMAGES
In order to receive the appropriate refund, you must notify us no more than 48 hours after delivery and items must be returned in the same condition they were received. When returning damaged items, ensure they are properly sealed and packaged to avoid damaging any accompanying items, as this may affect your refund.
Please include your returns and sales order number so we can process your claim as quickly as possible. Postage costs will be credited. We only accept returns with an authorised returns number issued by our customer service team. Please provide relevant photos to help us address the matter promptly.
Our products are cosmetic in nature, and due to hygiene issues, it is not always possible to accept returns; this is in the best interests of all our customers.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the unused products to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. We cannot accept returned goods that we believe have been used. You must retain all original packaging including your name, order number and email address. Return the items to:

TAXES & DUTIES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We are unable to predict the charges and the recipient is liable for the payment of the import duties, customs and local sales tax. Please contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
